How to configure AI Auto Reply

TeleFlow Pro supports keyword auto reply and AI API auto reply. Each Telegram account can run a different script, so your accounts do not all respond with the same message style.

Setup steps

  1. Open Auto Reply and select the Telegram account you want to configure.
  2. Choose AI API mode for flexible replies based on customer messages.
  3. Select an AI provider, choose a model and enter your API key.
  4. Write a clear system prompt, such as: reply briefly, politely and in the customer language.
  5. Choose conversation history length. Four to eight recent messages is usually enough.
  6. Press the API test button before enabling automation.

Tips for better replies

Keep the prompt focused. Add product price, support link, prohibited promises and tone rules. For sales accounts, avoid letting AI invent discounts or guarantees.

Using multiple accounts?

Configure scripts per account or copy settings only to selected accounts.
